- Sometimes hardwood flooring can age before its time, depending on lighting & maintenance. Contact us for a no-obligation inspection, where we can determine if they need specialized cleaning or more involved repair to return them to their former glory.
- How can I protect my belongings when you come to install my new floors?
- Although we use a Dust Containment System, it's still a good idea to remove anything you want specially protected, such as picture frames, wall hangings, curtains, plants, and as much furniture as you can from the room where the work will be done.
- How much dust will there be?
- Very little, compared to older methods of hardwood installation. Our new Dust Containment System traps 95% of all dust coming from our machines before it ever reaches the air.
- Who will be doing the work in my home?
- No subcontractor headaches for our clients We employee our own crews so we control all aspects of the job. You'll have at least two people assigned to your project; larger jobs may require additional workers.
- How many coats of finish will you need to do, once my floors are installed?
- For a durable, long lasting finish, we use at least three coats.
- What does your warranty cover?
- Our warranty covers 1–25 years depending on the product selected. We guarantee that the moisture content of your flooring is within industry standards at the time of installation, and we warrant that all work will be completed in a substantial and workman like manner, according to standard practices. -->

- What is not covered by your warranty?
- We do not warrant against cupping, buckling or shrinking as these are due to improper care, or climate conditions. These situations are beyond our control after installation.
- We do not warrant that the finish will not wear out, scratch or dent.
- We do not warrant that the finish will not amber, yellow, or change color due to ultraviolet rays or lighting.
- We do not warrant pet scratches or dents caused by high heels.
